Russellville III

This ground up project was quite the undertaking. With one level of underground parking and en entire block of post tension deck, it was really fun to build. The building included Independent living, assisted living and memory care units.

Friendsview Manor Remodel

Remodeling an entire floor of assisted living one half at a time while the remaining parts of the building were occupied, was no easy task. Due to the great success of that project we were able to add a 5 story elevator to the North end of the building while the entire building was occupied.

Friendsview University Village Phase 1

Due to our great relationship with this client they trusted us to build a 3 story independent living building with 38 units from the ground up as part of their campus master plan.  

Countryside Living

10 years prior to this project Y&C remodeled the memory care facility next door for the owner. Our relationship went so well the same owner hired Y&C to do a 2 story 16 bed memory care facility.

Hope Village

Y&C helped Hope Village with the construction of independent duplexes on their campus, serving seniors on their campus with fantastic new homes.
