Navigating the nuances of a non-profit is not an easy task, especially in the face of a building project. We have had the opportunity to be a part of 20 non-profit project management teams, on 63 projects for a total volume of $54,500,000.    Some of these projects called for simple and minor improvements while others called for ground-up facilities. As a team member we are committed to clear communication, transparency in all our activities, and a strategy that structures value out of every dollar.
