Project Description
Located in a residential neighbourhood, the new Countryside Living facility provides skilled nursing for those patients that require memory care. The zero-lot line project features an exterior courtyard, 16 units, entertainment room, cart washing station, food servery, nurses station, administration office spaces, complex low voltage systems such as; nurse call system, access control systems, and CCTV.Part of our scope was to make facade improvements to the current “sister” facility by replacing the main entrance, applying new siding and brick veneer, to match the new facility. The facility was occupied while we made these improvements.
